Qualifications: B.A Social Sciences-Psychology (UNISA); Industrial Sociology (UNISA); MBL (UNISA School of Business Leadership – current).
 
Soraya has 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, predominantly in the Finance Sector. Before joining Internet Solutions, Soraya held roles at Hollard Insurance spending two years as Head HR: Group and Central HR, responsible for the Payroll, Wellness, Transformation, Employee Relations and HR for the Central Support Functions.
 
Prior to this, Soraya was Head HR: Group Services, Head of Talent Management. She was also responsible for the development and implementation of an HR strategy for Support areas of the business at Liberty Life.
 
Soraya started her career in Human Resources at Nedbank where she spent 10 years in the Retail Banking Division, spearheading HR for the Retail Credit and Product Divisions. She was responsible for formulating the Credit and Product People strategy, alignment of HR processes and practices to business strategy.
