The VoIS Solution sets provide Africa’s leading Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions. Launched in September 2005, VoIS has grown to deliver hundreds of millions of minutes per annum. Our clients include leading blue-chip businesses along with large public sector organisations and many call centre operations which rely heavily on VoIP solutions.

 

VoIP will soon overtake traditional Least Cost Routing (LCR) solutions as interconnect rates between operators have come under pressure from industry players like Internet Solutions; the regulator and Government. We pride ourselves in having the most robust network in the country, allowing us to provide clients with a Telco-grade voice infrastructure on our next-generation network (NGN) that enables reliable, redundant and highly available VoIP solutions that make business sense.

 

The third and longest standing solution set is our range of centrally hosted application solutions. These solutions focus on corporate-grade mail solutions leveraging the expertise of Microsoft and other best-of-breed providers. We offer corporate e-mail functionality including mail filter, anti-spam, calendaring and archiving functionality. Anther application solution is our fax-to-e-mail service.
