- VoIS Contact International: Inbound international Call Centre calls are collected and delivered to call centres in South Africa.
- VoIS Local: Local calls over the VoIS network.
- VoIS National: Long Distance calls over the VoIS network.
- VoIS Cellular: Cellular calls over the VoIS network.
- VoIS Global: International calls over the VoIS network.
- VoIS Anywhere: Make and receive phone calls using a softclient.
- VoIS Conferencing: Connecting three or more participants on a single telephone call.
- VoIS Extend: International travellers call a UK fixed line number and are connected to a predetermined VoIS Community destination in SA.

All converged voice and data services are delivered over the IS MPLS network which was designed to carry both voice and data traffic. VoIS customers can choose the individual components of the service they require and change or add further components as their needs grow.
