Anthony Jarrett joined the Dimension Data Group as GM, Human Resources in 2008. Anthony has 12 years’ experience in Human Resources, predominantly in the Information and Communication Technology industry. Before joining Internet Solutions, Anthony held roles at Nokia spending two years as Head HR: Group and Central HR, responsible for payroll, wellness, transformation, employee relations and HR for the central support functions cutting across Ethiopia, Namibia, Angola and Tanzania.

Prior to this, Anthony was HR Manager for the sales and distribution group in MTN Nigeria. He was also responsible for the development and implementation of an HR strategy for support areas of the business at MTN and for formulating a people strategy and alignment of HR processes and practices to business strategy.

Anthony started his career in Human Resources Consulting at Arthur Andersen, where he spent 3 years in the recruitment and selection Division.
