IS Installs first 45 Mbps T3 international link to the USA. VRAS and VISP divisions commence operations. |

IS Merges with OmniLink, creating South Africa's leading Network Service company. IS reaches a capacity of over 100 Mbps of International bandwidth. South Africa's first MPLS VPN launched. |

| IS launches South Africa's first unified messaging service and revolutionises the fax industry. |

IS moves to The Campus and establishes its second state-of-the-art Internet Data Centre (IDC) to complement the IDC in Rosebank. IS receives the Cisco Powered Network certification for Managed Security Services (CPN-MSS), becoming the only MSSP outside of the USA to have received such an accreditation. |
| 2003 |
IS celebrates ten consecutive years as the leading provider of e-Business solutions. IS exceeds 200 Mbps of International bandwidth on SAT 3. Partnership with BT, AT&T, Cables&Wireless and Massergy creates additional 7200 Mbps of International bandwidth availability. |
| 2004 |
Andile Ngcaba appointed Chairman Designate of majority shareholder Dimension Data. IS expands its services into Africa. IS rolls out services to companies operating across the continent and into the rest of the world. IS becomes the only service provider that has 4 separate mediums of connectivity out of South Africa. |
2005 Staff complement exceeds 500. |
With the deregulation of VoIP, IS enters the convergence market. New PoPs established in Germany, Ghana, Nigeria, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mauritius and Hong Kong. |
