What has been your main highlight over the years at IS?
Being part of the Fast Track programme. It’s a global business course where you study overseas and do online modules with other Dimension Data colleagues from around the world. It taught me how to work with different cultures, which was a significant learning curve for me.
What do you enjoy most about your job/working at IS?
The fact that every day is different. I’m constantly challenged, motivated and engaged. Working in the tech industry requires you to adapt constantly, and that’s what makes work exciting.
What personal growth/s have you achieved in your years at IS?
I’ve always said that if I’m learning, I’m growing – and every day I feel like I'm learning something new. I’ve also had a manager who really supports personal growth. In fact, it was him who put me on the Fast Track programme.
What would you say to someone who wants to join IS?
If you aspire to learn, grow and adapt to change, then this is the place for you.
Is there anyone who inspires you at IS? If yes, how and why do they inspire you?
Mayur Soni – he constantly challenges me to improve myself.
Can you explain what the IS work ethic and culture entails
IS is a friendly place to work in. You honestly feel like you see your friends every day.
What character traits do you think the IS crew members have?
Crew are energetic, fun, collaborative and hard-working. We have a work-hard, play-hard culture.
